These terms govern your use of Betsync (“Betsync”, “we”, “us”), a review-first tool for turning stream highlights into short videos and publishing approved clips to connected TikTok accounts. By using Betsync you agree to these terms.
Betsync lets streamers and their editors review, approve, schedule, and publish short clips to TikTok accounts they connect. Clips are published only after a human on your team approves them; Betsync does not post autonomously.
You’re responsible for activity under your account and for the members you approve. Keep your credentials secure.
You retain ownership of the clips and content you provide. You grant Betsync the permissions needed to store, process, display, and publish that content to the TikTok accounts you direct it to, solely to provide the service.
When you connect a TikTok account, you confirm you’re authorized to post to it. You agree to use Betsync in compliance with TikTok’s Terms of Service and community guidelines, and not to spam, artificially amplify content, or otherwise violate any platform’s rules. You are responsible for the clips you approve and publish.
Betsync is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Betsync is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or content, arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using Betsync at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or misuse of the service.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
