Betsync (“Betsync”, “we”, “us”) provides a review-first tool that helps streamers and their editors turn stream highlights into short videos and publish approved clips to connected TikTok accounts. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Only to operate the service: to let your team review and approve clips, publish approved clips to the connected TikTok account they’re assigned to, display scheduling and analytics, and secure and maintain the app. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We share data only as needed with the providers that run Betsync: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (hosting), Discord (optional sign-in), and TikTok (posting and metrics for accounts you connect). Your use of TikTok and Discord is also governed by their own policies.
Data is stored in Supabase. TikTok access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Access is limited by role; only approved members can see your team’s content.
We keep content and account data while your account is active. Clips may be deleted automatically after posting or manually at any time. TikTok tokens are kept until you disconnect the account. You can request deletion at any time.
Disconnect a TikTok account, delete clips, or request deletion of your account and data by contacting Betsync.devops@gmail.com.
Betsync is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy; material changes are reflected by the date above.
